Sponsorship
Individual and corporate sponsors help make our Buddy Walks a success! Their generous donations help cover the costs of the event and contribute to the many programs offered by the Central Iowa Up With Down Family Support Group.
In 2009, our event attracted more than 1,100 walkers and raised $25,000 for local and national programs. Proceeds from the walk go directly to funding programs that promote the inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome in everyday life. Your help is greatly needed. Won't you consider being a buddy?
If you are interested in getting involved there are several ways to offer a tax-deductible gift: provide a monetary donation, offer a donation of your products or services, or organize a company team to participate in the Buddy Walk.
