7:00 a.m. 5k Check-in
8:00 a.m. 5k Begins
9:00 a.m. Onsite registration opens
10:00 a.m. Buddy Walk begins
11:00 a.m. lunch

Lunch along with refreshments will be provided to registered runners and walkers. You must register in order to receive a ticket for lunch.  You may pick up your lunch tickets the day of the walk.

**Buddy Walk Registration costs**

Registration for the 5k is $25 (This includes a t-shirt and lunch ticket) Runners may stay for the walk, lunch and activities at no additional cost.

Registration for Buddy Walk:

Adults: $10

Children(10 and under): $5

Registration includes the walk, activities and a lunch ticket only!  

Lunch tickets can be picked up at the walk.

New this year!! People with Down syndrome will receive a free shirt AND registration.  In the drop down menu for age chose adult (w/Down) or child (w/Down) .
